What is the IVR:

By calling the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system you can obtain the following services 24X7:

 Inquire about the renewal fees for a particular vehicle.

 Inquire about the points accumulated on a certain license.

 Inquire about the different procedures and regulations related to the DVLD.

 How to use the IVR:

To use the IVR system all what you have to do is to call the number ........ and when you finish hearing the main greeting you can choose to use the touch tone system where you enter your selection by pressing on the correct button on your phone set, or the automatic speech recognition (ASR) system where you say you choice when prompted and the system will match your speech to the related service.

		Renewal Fees:
			You can say "Renewal Fees" or dial "1" when prompted.
			The system will ask you to enter the license number followed by the pound sign.
			After that the system will ask you to enter the plate number followed by the pound sign.
			If the information you provided was correct then the system will play the renewal fees value for the required vehicle.
		Points:
			You can say "Points" or dial "2" when prompted.
			The system will ask you to provide the license number followed by the pound sign.
			It will then ask you to provide the national number followed by the sign.
			If the information you entered was correct, the system will provide the accumulated points on the provided license number.
		Procedures Inquiries: The procedures are divided into the following main categories:
			Vehicles procedures which contain: License registration, license renewal, transfer of ownership, license issuing...etc.
			Drivers procedures which contain: License issuing, license renewal, license translation... etc.
			Training Centers procedures and they contain: Opening a new center, adding a partner, removing a partner and changing the commercial name.
			Instructors procedures: Taking the instructors courses, issuing a new instructor license, renewing an instructor license and transferring the instructor license to another center.
			Training cars which contain: Registering a new car, transferring the ownership and changing the vehicle type to private.
			You can obtain this information by saying the procedure name or dial the related number when prompted by the system.
			For help on using the system you can say "Help" or dial "0" after hearing the main prompt.
