It is a transaction (sale and ownership contract) between two parties, the first is the old owner of the vehicle and the second is the new owner of the vehicle, carried out with an employee (the Notary Public / Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department. Through which the vehicle is registered in the name of the new owner by documenting it on the records and the traffic system (vehicles / drivers and vehicle licensing department) and issuing a license (acquisition voucher) granting the second / new owner the legal right to dispose of the vehicle according to the laws, regulations and instructions in force.

Amman Municipality: Issuing a list showing the Tickets on the vehicle, including the type , date of the Tickets and the amounts of money resulting there from, ensuring that the values are met and paid on the system, and then giving an added value to the transaction by stamping it according to the laws, regulations and instructions in force.
