It is a transaction (sale and ownership contract) between two parties, the first is the old owner of the vehicle and the second is the new owner of the vehicle, which is carried out by an employee (the Notary Public / Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department) Through it, the vehicle is registered in the name of the new owner by documenting it on the records and the traffic system (vehicles / drivers and vehicle licensing department) and issuing a license (ownership voucher) granting the second / new owner the legal right to dispose of the vehicle according to the applicable laws, regulations and instructions.

A letter from the competent court that includes a reference to the reality of the situation issued by the licensing department, explaining that the vehicle has been cleared of all seizures and mortgages, the name of the last bidder, and the date of vehicle seizure stamped by the concerned judge (in the event that the vehicle is a tourist, a letter from the Transport Regulatory Authority should be brought)
The last Bidder must meet the registration requirements according to the laws, regulations and instructions in force.

Amman Municipality: Issuing a list showing the Tickets on the vehicle, including the type , date of the Tickets and the amounts of money resulting therefrom, ensuring that the values are met and paid on the system, and then giving an added value to the transaction by stamping it according to the laws, regulations and instructions in force.
